I love these

On a related note, El Monterey brand is tasteless garbage, do not buy

i really liked the california pizza kitchen pizzas back before cpk sold the frozen foods brand to kraft. they were actually the best frozen pizzas i've had in my lifetime and better than major delivery chains. it's been over a decade since kraft ruined the recipe and good frozen pizza has ceased existing

Unless you're talking about fried foods (I have a Granpappy), White Castle burgers are pretty much the only frozen foods I buy. There is some okay stuff out there (TJ's has a few decent things), but the price to convenience ratio just isn't worth it.

It no longer exists, but chimichangas by Little Juan, especially the beef and cheese.

Nowadays, Jose Ole is sufficient, but I still remember how perfect a shredded beef chimichanga and some cheetos was.

The best griddle I used to pick up in a overpriced box of 4; Sausage, Egg, Cheese, and the pancakes had a bit of maple cooked in. Sweep the Ice, throw the sandwich in a paper towel, 1:30 on one side, a minute on the other.
I got it from some whole foods/trader joe's kind of place like 4-5 years ago at this point.

Don't wanna hijack a thread but also don't wanna make a new thread for just this question. Oh well.

I cooked some ground beef before it spoiled and froze it into a couple servings. I wanna make a beef quesadilla/taco so I was wondering if I can just reheat the frozen beef by pan searing it with some butter/spices without thawing it or would that lead to bad texture? Should I just thaw it out first?
