I used to love this entire range at Wal-Mart. It tastes like a better Coors, honestly, and the prices were absurdly low (though I never saw it for as cheap as pic related). The regular was a buck more if that but way nicer tasting, and apparently there's an ice version too.
I dunno if this is a Wal-Mart brand or what but I've never seen these outside of one and mine actually stopped carrying the brand because too many college kids and niggers were partying it up.

I agree. Probably my favorite all-around beer, but a lot of the others in this thread are okay too. Hamm's is the cheapest beer I enjoy ($0.20/can cheaper than Yuengling around me) ; Stroh's makes me sick as a dog, though. A lot of these old regional beers are neat - they remind me of something my grandpa would have taken fishing. I'm done with the whole craft beer fad. It seems to me the macrobrewers have stepped up the quality of their products in response to craft brewers in the last decade or so.

My favorite go to beer? Icehouse Edge. Edge is such a shitty name but I don't give a fuck. I love the taste of it, the full taste and thickness, the maltiness, the biscuityness and caramel and corn and slight hops. It's a true American doppelbock. Really love Icehouse's stuff and it's only $1 for a 24oz can. Give it a better name, though.

Some other mentions, Coors Banquet, Michelob Lager, Mickeys, Yuengling. I guess Miller High Life or Genuine Draft (they taste about the same)

I've always liked Shiner although I drink it a lot less now since their prices went up. I used to be able to get a 12 pack for $10. I grew up drinking PBRs that I lifted from my dad's minifridge but PBR's in a similar situation now that the hipsters are into it.

They get to keep the prices down due to a lack of advertising.
