garden fresh green beans are sooooo good. Have you ever pickled them? I worked with a guy from new jersey and his wife would send him with quarts of pickled beans to share with people, I would up buying like 20 jars off him, damn they were so good, had lots of dill and garlic in them, man my mouth is watering remembering them.
