The most delicious coffee ever is made with mountain spring water in the heart of the Congo by a tribe of indigenous lesbians called the Mugu.

It's so strong that it can cause auditory hallucinations and severe itching. My brother went over there in 2009 and was detained by the female chief and force fed. His foreskin stinks of espresso now.

It's good but you have to find the right version.

The ones in the pic is the best one imo. I don't know how to explain right but they are al dente. When you eat them you can feel the pistachios crubling under your teeth and gummy part is not so soft just right.

And then there are those types with very soft texture and usually covered with coconut. I don't like them at all. If you see them, stay away from them

I love roach coffee. Had tons of it in the Balkans. I imagine it would be even more based and comfy in its place of origin.

I can't get the hang of making it myself though. I can never coax the foam up like the street vendors can

Its just a way of making coffea
You just need a suiting coffea bowl,

You basically post some grounded coffea in the bowl , heat it up a little bit until you smell the coffea, dont burn it ...add water mix it up
When it starts to boil you remove it let simmer down for a couple of secnds and put it back so it rises again for a cuple of seconds
Thats it
Vala

For good turkish coffea u dont need milk at all

coffee was the popular drink until after the republic and the trade stopped with the coffee producing areas outside, the tea was then grown and promoted. There was also some time when tea was scarce and the people drank pucrel lime tree tea (ıhlamur) and rosehip (kuşburnu), and sage.

you can actually do that, just make sure to use the right amount of coffee (it will be more than if you used instant)
It's not that bad, but can lead to over extraction and may be unhealthy in a long run.
You can also use any small metal pot and try to emulate some ibrik videos on YT, It will produce similar, but not as good product. Just be careful not to cook your coffee.
Good luck man
