My roommate is vegan so I'm basically vegan. It's not bad, the fake meat is fuckin' killer and about the same price

The downside is dairy. It's very expensive and not as good. Like a 6oz thing of Tofutti sour cream is about $3.99 and a 16oz tub of reg sour cream is like $1.50

Why exactly? I have consistent sources of b12 and protein in my diet without meat and dairy. I'm primarily doing it to lose weight, but if it helps me not feel like shit then I'll keep it up.
