so /ck/ today i invented a dish that i personally think is delicous. Its called the sumbmersible sandwich. Baisically the idea is that you take your favorite soup or broth and then build a sandwich to your preference and then take the sandwich put it in a bowl cover with soup microwave. The one i just made was chicken broth with a sandwich that was white bread, roast beef, cheddar, and tomato slices. Then covered the top with more cheddar and french fried onions. Then i ate it and jizzed all over.

In Portugal, there's a similar sandwich called the Francesinha. It is filled with ham, linguica, fresh sausage, and steak or roast meat, then covered with melted cheese and a hot, spiced tomato and beer sauce. I think you'll definitely enjoy it!

Any sauce that isn't acidic would probably be fine. A rich tomato based sauce would probably go well (not ketchup). It's already strong tasting, it's just dry so anything that doesn't overpower it will compliment it.
