True, the real problem are temperatures higher then 30°C over a longer time.

Funny story, went on a short trip with a few friends during the summer, we bought a few Mettbrötchen at the start of the trip and most of us had one at that point. We are all fine.
One of us has one an hour into the tour in the car. 20 minutes later we need to pull over because he starts to shit and puke his guts out.
Lesson learned, never keep Mett in a hot car or at least keep it in a cooler.
