You should bulk. Lots of protein and veggies is probably your best bet, but you should also incorporate a lot of exercise to turn that fat into muscle.

this will bulk you up:

7am - 4 eggs. 1 cup of oaks with a banana and tbsp of peanut butter.

9am - 6 ounce of chicken breast, 1 cup rice, 1 cup steamed mixed veggies(you can buy them in the frozen foods or get fresh ones your choice). 1tbsp of olive oil

12pm - turkey bacon sandwich. 6oz of turkey breast slices(use deli meat) 4 strips of bacon, tomato slices. lettuce and whatever dressing you'd like on 2 whole wheat slices of bread.

2pm - same as 9am - 6 ounce of chicken breast, 1 cup rice, 1 cup steamed mixed veggies(you can buy them in the frozen foods or get fresh ones your choice). 1tbsp of olive oil

4pm - 1 hour of weight lifting(to build muscle) 30mins of cardio(to help recovery, also cardio is great in fighting)

5:30pm post workout protein shake I usually do 2 scopes of protein powder, 1 cup of frozen blue berries, 1 tbsp of olive oil, 1 handful of spinach.

8pm dinner time - same as 9am or if you want to mix it up, 6 ounce of ground beef, 8 ounce of pasta and whatever pasta sauce you like, grate some cheese on it and your set.

this meal plan is around 2700-3000ish cals with a lot of fuckin protein.

lift weights 3 to 5 days a week and do at least 30 mins of cardio 3 days a day. I would recommend joining an MMA gym or a Boxing gym but they're all closed cause of lock down, so order a punching bag and learn basic Boxing/Muay Thai techniques from youtube

No, it's not a good food to eat if your only goal is putting on weight. It has a lot of volume for the calories, and the calories are mostly protein and fat. That means it will physically fill you up and satiate you. You will have to put in effort to get fat on greek yogurt. Note I'm talking about plain greek yogurt, the stuff with added sugar is another story.
