Schnitzel. That way we can say it's "cultural food". If we just called it "breaded fried meat" then it's not actually cuisine, similar to how a meat pie is boring but an empanada or a pate chaud is fun and interesting. It's why whenever I cook for others I make up some gibberish name for the dish.

Schnitzel, and depending on exactly how it's prepared or presented, it could be Jägerschnitzel, Rahmschitzel, Wienerschnitzel, Schnitzel Wiener Art, or Zigeunerschnitzel.
