Worked at an Olive Garden YEARS ago, That kind of prick gets the fight club treatment every time without fail.
I once saw a particularly difficult customer send a steak back twice just after 2nd rush, guess he had bitched out the manager too, because said mgr. stood right there and WATCHED as the grill guy on the line dropped the steak on the filthy floor,(you know what it can look like after 2nd evening rush if you've ever worked in a fast kitchen with high volume,) stepped on it, dropped it again, then threw it on the grill for another 2 mins.
I've only ever seen that kind of shit at corporate restaurants, but that movie "Waiting" is shockingly accurate.
