Ewww icky veggies. My mom would just put ketchup all over them and force us to eat them before we left the dinner table to go play atari. Horrid little things, they shouldn't even exist. We're in the future there should just be pills you can take to get all the nutrients from veggies so you don't actually have to choke them down

I make a lot of lentil soup with carrots and leeks. Also spiral zucchini and fry up as a pasta alternative.

It's hard to get enough veg so most days I blend celery, cabbage, kale, lemon, apple, ginger and just chug. Actually tastes bretty gud

properly prepared eggplant is about the texture, nothing else. its a shitty bland vegetable that makes a wonderful creamy smooth dish. its a complement to other more flavorful dishes.
