Hi all!

My wife is a doctor and has been assigned to a hospital in downtown Toronto, Canada. We are being put up in the hotel for the duration of the COVID pandemic. Since we are staying in a hotel, I imagine we are going to be eating out a lot. I have heard great things about Toronto, and hear the food scene is really good. I understand the city might be closed for the most part, but does anyone have any food recommendations at restaurants there?

ANYWAY
toronto has a really huge and varied scene for food, you can get just about any cuisine under the sun due to the wide variety of immigrant communities
hy's steakhouse is my favourite for really fancy shit
chinatown has excellent food too
hilariously enough the gay community on Church and Wellesley has excellent food too
little greece and little poland are great as well
