I want to make fried rice but then I'd have to take a dump and shower and don my gas mask and drive to the store to get shallots, onion, peas, and carrots. That's a lot of work. But I do have some leftover white rice in the fridge I should use up.

Do you have other leftovers?
Made fried rice today with some leftover lamb/onion/tomato thing my mom made. Had a spare pork sausage so I cut that up and browned it before tossing the leftovers in the pan to reheat. Then tossed in the rice in and loaded it with soy sauce.
