I'm going to drive an hour to Sugar Land to try In N Out for the first time tomorrow. What should I expect? What should I order?

>> No.13962843

I had In N Out for the first time this year too. The best part is the price. It’s cheap for what you get. The burgers are above average in the fast food world, but still completely overshadowed by five guys and culvers burgers. Also, In n Out fries are some of the most disgusting fries a restaurant has had the audacity to put in front of me.

Op, I’d get a double double and a chocolate shake if I was you. I preferred their food non-animal style but I’m sure a Californian would rape me and cum in my butt and give me HIV if I said that too loud.

You have to order the fries well-done, then they're acceptable

Are the fries soggy or something? I've heard califags rave about this place nonstop so it had better be worth the journey.

CA here, it’s a fuckin fast food burger. it’s satisfying but buns are too sugary imo, also regional fast food wars are gayer than console wars on /v/

Yeah, they were soggy and bland. Incredibly disappointing and I by no means have high standards. Maybe it was just the location at which I ate? Or perhaps like >>13962853 said, you must have to order them specifically well done.

>> No.13962868

Double double, either animal style or mustard fried patty with grilled onion on it. If you can handle spice ask for pepperoncini on them. Base fries fucking suck get them animal style. I prefer Neapolitan shake. Ask for extra spread.

>what should i order

here's what I get:

2 double doubles (2x cheese slice and 2x patties, their patties are small but cheap), fries, sometimes when I feel like it I get a shake (since it's your first time try it).

Now, the double doubles I ask for animal style (DO NOT FORGET TO ASK FOR THIS) and I prefer them with no tomatoes and with added chopped chillies. Ask for extra spread (thousand island-esque sauce) to dip your fries into. Their fries tend to be floppy, if that's an issue and you really want them crispy, ask them to be well done

I want to try culver's one day, it looks great. People that say In-n-out's fries are bad are just retarded EBT drones who are used to eating frozen shit every day including potatoes so when they have a fresh potato, they melt down. Five Guys is the most overpriced and disgusting burger on the planet, I hope they fold within my lifetime.

And they don't realize you can ask them to double fry them if you want them crispier. I miss animal fries.

I'm a South Bay native living in South Carolina and I fucking miss In n Out. We have Chick-fil-A and Culver's though so I'll survive. Zaxby's makes a pretty good Zalad too.

Australian here, I went to in n out for the first time in Ireland.
It was good, but what I didn't know is you have to tell them everything you want in a burger. I assumed it'd come with the basics and you just added extra shit, but I ended up with a burger with no sauce. Would have been way better to tomato sauce and mustard, maybe a little mayo too.
Chips are great and they give you free peanuts for some reason.

Ask for spread for your fries. I dip mine in spread and ketchup. Also a free on the neopolitan shake. It’s great. I will say that Texas In n out is different from CA in n our. Idk what it is but it’s not the same. Also, don’t compare it to wataburger. Two different animals.

Califag here. I don’t even bother with the fries. They have to be piping hot to be worth anything, but they cool off very quickly. Ordering them well makes them hotter, but you run the risk of some Mexican burning them.

I hear they fry them with sunflower oil, which is why they suck. Technically they’re a bit healthier, but let’s be honest, we want all that extra cheap grease.

My one arguing point with you is the vanilla shake over the chocolate. I had it last night and it was tremendous.

Value for money is where it’s at. The ingredients are above-average. The tomato and lettuce are cool and crisp, and the patty always seems fresh and juicy. It’s very consistently decent, which makes up for the fact that they basically have only one menu item (Double Double).

Because fuck Jews and fuck Mexicans. Destroyed my home state. The day Feinstein is cast into Hell I'll dance an Irish jig. Hoping for the civil war so I can cleanse my country of fucking communist beaner leeches. Even spics I had as good friends growing up need to be removed. Deep down they are all anti American communist shits that don't belong here. This Nation was founded by and for Anglos. Bill the Butcher did nothing wrong.

We can all be friends again when they go back to where they belong. White yuppie scum need to start doing their own work and stop importing these insidious 5th column fucks. I am literally surrounded by southern blacks and they are so much better than fucking Mexicans.

OP here, reporting back. In N Out was okay, too much lettuce but maybe that's just because it's new to Texas. Hit up Beard Papa's and got the almond with chocolate frosting. Made the trip worthwhile. I probably wouldn't do it again under normal circumstances because with traffic it would be a 2+ hour drive but right now it's like 40 minutes.

I got the double double animal style and a vanilla shake with well done fries. It was superior to most other fast food, I'd probably go there instead of whataburger if I didn't have to drive through the worst parts of Houston to get to it. I'm still trying to figure out why the In N Out people thought it would be a better idea to put it in a miserable ghetto rather than on the north side.
