In Canada, iHop tends to be a much nicer version of Denny's with real good staff. I have a real fondness for the 5 or so different types of syrup. That being said, American iHop sounds like crackhead city

IHOP is where you go in the morning to afternoon. Higher prices but much friendlier staff and normal restaurant environment. Denny's is for pit stops and midnight outings, basically when you can't go to IHOP. Because Denny's is shit. Catering to boomers who were born in the 50's and didn't even live through that time, so keeping up that tired ass decor is nonsensical. FUCK Denny's!

Ive been to Dennys and IHOP in the past year and the food is expensive and you get small portions. No fucking way it can compare to your local diner or cafe and grill. Also why would want to be surrounded by the unwashed masses when you go to those places.
