My mom would bake cookies for every occasion. She was known for her cookies. Every school or religious event she could bring them to she did.
When she passed, I began teaching her recipe to my students.

I asked her about it the other day (we are white southerners who have moved all over) and she swears it was eggs scrambled into rice in her 80s electric wok and whatever frozen veggies she had and the leftover meat from the night before.

Too many to answer. Her cooking went down since I was the youngest and wasn't around so much, not even our cousins and other relations were around anymore so she really didn't have anyone to cook for anymore.
