Hey /ck/

I made some pizza dough this week and finally got a chance to cook a pizza today so I thought I'd share it with you guys cuz I love you

The dough was very easy to make, it's a "no knead" recipe so it's essentially just mixing the ingredients together and letting it rest.

Here's the dough resting in an oiled pan after it's been balled up. I froze the other ball before taking this picture.

Once the dough sits in the pan for around an hour it'll start to naturally stretch itself to the shape of the pan. After that you just have to stretch it a bit to reach the edges.

Here's the dough with the sauce on it. The sauce is just some garlic cooked in oil with a can of whole, peeled tomatoes I crushed (since I didn't have canned crushed tomatoes on hand) tossed in and simmered a bit.

Into the oven it goes for ~12 minutes, and out it comes looking like this. I didn't get a picture but the bottom wasn't quite as done as I wanted it so I tossed it onto the stove at max for a few minutes.

Tasted great, the edges look burnt but it's crispy little bits of cheese so it tastes great.

I'm now realizing I probably should've got a picture of a slice to show how nice the crust & bottom turned out but oh well. Hope you like it. It's insanely easy to make and would definitely recommend as it's better than any chain restaurant pizzas I've had in the last few years.

Next time consider preheating the pan super hot before adding the dough (obviously you'd have to stretch before putting it in the pan). This helps the bottom get done properly.
