The best four cooking fats are:
>grapeseed oil
>bacon fat

For the tallow and bacon fat I just buy beef trimmings and bacon ends from the butcher then render it all down. I end up with super high quality fat at little cost.

Comes in a jar, and can take up to 400 degrees F, so it's the go-to for use in the oven. They also make a bacon grease and duck fat/schmaltz I think.

in baking I accept no substitutes for salted butter as a personal quirk, and enjoy it anywhere a flavorful fat is featured, such as browning onions. I'm particular about quality but not brand. unrefined coconut oil is my chosen vegan substitute.
refined-olive-oil for just about any ol' cooking application though, for most meats and veg.
my favorite thing to season a pan with is a refined coconut oil, like canola it's cheap, flavorless, and odorless with smoke-points higher than my usual choice. good if you want a skillet really screaming hot but solid at room temperature.

Most likely.
EV Olive oil only has a smoking point of 320f/160c, meaning you simply can't cook with it realisitcally, you want frying at around 170-190c

I doubt a ratio of 20/80 does anything really.
Any "health" implication is negligable, any smoke point of the sunflower oil is reduced and likely reduces the lifespan of it.
I wouldn't drizzle it on a salad either.

Most probably a cash grab trying to sell Sunflower oil at a higher price by including the EV Olive oil.
