you can eat all you want in the factory but you oculdn't take anything out and they were strict about it, there's security checkpoints and they search you

everything about it just has kind of a 1930s italian vibe
very nationalistic and weird old italian propaganda through the halls
strict security and hierarchy like i've never seen in a factory before

I have a friend who works in one of their main Italian factories, even the lowest of the low temp staff has to sign a book sized NDA before they are allowed to step into the factory for a trial position, so you really won't find many detailed accounts on what exactly is going down in there. He seems to like it though. Pay and benefits are really good too.

They do have tours for the public, but those are really just the main couple big production halls and not any of the more interesting stuff.
