Among the cheap ones, yeah, but I think most supermarkets these days stock at least one of the slightly more expensive but better ones. Mine has both Shin Ramyun black and a couple flavors of Nissin Raoh.

Maybe everyone else already knew this but I've been experimenting a bit with instant noodles this last week, and I reckon that just the amount of sodium in one pack is enough to make you retain water.

On days where I ate instant noodles and monitored my weight throughout the day while drinking the same amount of water - which is quite a bit because I love water - my weight would spike and I would visit the toilet less frequently after consuming the noodles.
