I want to make a cheesecake but have no crust ingredients in the house. I'll have to make cookies and blend em. What kind is best? It looks like gingersnaps with lemon cheesecake is popular. I plan on using cherries. Can I do a crispy sniggerdoodle recipe with no spices? Or dutch butter cookies. Or lady fingers. Which one will produce a better bottom crust layer
