Cooking in the time of Coronavirus, which is a play on the book "Love In The Time of Cholera" (an excellent read by the way, and now that you have the time you should read it, or it least stream the movie. It's got Javier Bardem). First up is a different way to Ramen. Instead of making a soup, cook them as usual and then drain them. Stir fry any leftovers in the fridge. For me it was some mushrooms, asparagus, green onions and last night's steak. Add the noodles, a dash of soy sauce, and some oil and stir fry for a few minutes. This ain't your college students ramen...
