My question isn’t why flips put cheese in their ice cream. Some questions are better off not being asked. What I’m curious about is why the cheese on the ice cream appears to be melted.

Alot of flip food is combined in a way that implies they have no idea what any of it tastes like, or how it is usually served

It's like a man without taste buds created a national cuisine

Sometimes it's great, other times you can only wonder what on earth they were thinking, or if they even tasted it after it was served

the cheese melts before the ice cream does

There's a good reason why we refer to them as the 'Niggers' of our part of the world.

Honestly good. Used to have a regular at Einstein's that would get the same thing but on a bagel with turkey instead of ham. I'd add tomato to mine.

Cream cheese has a VERY different flavor profile than salty cheddar.
Why do Asians have such a weird relationship with cheese? Like, it's completely fucking foreign to them. They love it because it almost seems like dairy in general is "exotic" to them, yet they don't know shit about different kinds or qualities of cheese. Same thing with bread - they're obsessed with it, but it utterly confuses them.

Cream and Cheese. Absolutely revolting amirite? Honestly nothing wrong with it. It's the ube that needs the cheese and it only gives it a more complex texture and flavor. There are much, much worse ice cream flavors out there.
>>13837042
Americans literally introducing nothing but the most processed kraft cheese there is. Those fake Parmesan bottles aren't even common here so most people top processed cheese on top of Filipino sketti. Imagine that.
