It's interesting to watch, at least Matt Stoney because you get to see the mechanics of it but it's more torture than anything since eating the same thing will just cause a bunch of situations you would normally never see like that Sour Patch kids one he did, his tongue started to get cut up. Also the ice cream ones where he ends up getting frozen or just the constant flavors building up and ending up making it horrible the more he eats it even if it's something that initially is tasty.
