1/10, looks like something a brit could make except it looks to spicy for british with those drops of tabasco (?) on the eggs.

I dont like it too much when the yellow part gets browned compared to other egg styles but it looks nice.

Sorry bro I dont like it.

That sauce looks like the same shit they use in spaghetti-o's. Overall it looks pretty shit, like something Joe Rogan would proudly post on Instagram with a million hashtags about how #HealthyAsFuck he is.

whats wrong with the rice? my rice cooker is at least 15 years old but I dont really notice any different when I eat rice at friends places with more expensive ones.

Do you know anyone with a rice cooker that has more than one button?

That is some #wifeymaterial garbage. Plain riced, plain egg, plain broccoli, rando sausage. Haven't you heard of seasoning? You know, herbs and spices?

>> No.13827791

>>13827684
yeah, long program fast program pressure rice cookers. maybe side by side I would notice the difference but not from memory. So how does rice from a good cooker look?
>>13827692
You cant eat plain rice or vegetables? there is nothing wrong with any of those things except for maybe the egg but it was cooked in the sausage fat and has salt on top anyways. you dont need to slather everything in spices. You sound like a bitter cunt that just wants to complain.

>how does rice from a good cooker look
The texture is different, consistently plump without being gooey or dry, and the flavor and texture are great. You can tell just from glancing at your pic that yours has neither. Seems like you forgot to rinse off the excess starch.

>You cant eat plain rice or vegetables?
You're unironically repeating a vegan propaganda talking point.

LOOKS ok, but jalapenos throw off the subtle taste off the egg.

I obviously meant in addition to heavily seasoned meat, I wouldn't eat it without the sausage either. Having every part heavily seasoned without something neutral is just out of balance.
I definitely did rinse it well enough. I will try to pay attention to the differences next time I eat somewhere else.

Some people really just can't tell the difference, or otherwise don't care. I stayed with my parents for a few weeks a couple years ago when I was moving and one night I pulled out my Zojirushi and offered to make the rice for whatever my mom was making (probably just chili). She was like, "holy shit, I've been cooking this exact same rice for 40 years and never realized it could be this good", and then went back for seconds and thirds of just the plain rice. My dad was like, "I can't tell tell the difference, but I like how you usually make it on the stove".

Ya usually when I do omelettes I cook them kinda well done, like fully set, and I fill the whole thing like a pancake in the pan with no spatula usually but I've been messing with the folding technique but I'm actually not good at it cause I'm so used to my fancy flip ha

>> No.13828202

I seeded it. And only used half a medium jally. Cooked it a little bit before adding the eggs. Only my second time doing jally cheddar. It's actually so good. Highly recommended.
Also this time I put cheddar in the omelette fold and grated a bit on the outside and fried it, for that kinda crispy cheesiness

one of my favorite breakfast/brinners is a jalapeno popper omelette. pickled jalapenos, crumbled bacon, cream cheese nuked until melty and spreadable, and colby cheese because cheddar sucks.

i go low and slow on my eggs though because i don't want any brown on my omelette.

>Steamed broccoli
>Sausage
>Rice
>Egg

Not bad.
6/10 for white rice
8/10 if that's jasmine.

You might want to try using a little less oil when you're frying and your egg is slightly overcooked. That or wiping your meat against the pan before placing it onto your plate to try to get rid of some of the excess.
