The original tabasco is basically vinegar with some hotness to it, the ""chipotle"" tabasco tastes like vinegar + some of that dogshit liquid smoke to it, but the green Tabasco tastes almost perfectly balanced, tho I'd liked it more if it was hotter

This is the best condiment for home fries. Other than that, it's just sort of sour and boring. The red Tabasco is much sharper tasting. I swear it has two separate burns. There's the chili burn and the vinegar burn, if that makes sense.
