Honestly you people laugh at toilet paper hoarders, but you really dont have enough toilet paper yourselves. The average person uses 1 roll per day. If you have a family of 4, that's 28 rolls a week. Over 100 a month. TP rolls will be worth their weight in gold in a few months, because everyone needs it.

I work in a meat processing plant. Starting Monday we get our temperature checked before we're allowed to start our shift. We're also not allowed to come to work if we have sneezes or a cough, but that has always been technically true. It's just going to be more strictly enforced. Not much of a problem now, but as it gets closer to winter and colds become more common it will be interesting to see what happens.

I don't work in food but I sure as hell wouldn't want to be eating at a restaurant right now. Where I grew up late 90s a Carl's Jr. drive-thru worker had Hepatitis and spread it to a few people. The whole town went into a panic and was doing urgent vaccinations (which if you don't know, is not just one shot, you have to go back 3 times at least for more to take full effect). Parents went mad taking their kids in to get shots. I remember having to wait like an hour in a waiting room full of kids to get mine. Now imagine that but with how contagious Corona is. One guy has it, doesn't even know, breathes anywhere near your food and you're sick now.

Bakery owner anon, here. I wholesale bread to markets and restaurants. I wouldn't be surprised if I close for a few weeks coming up. Restaurants may not be open to place orders and folks aren't going to be going to the market to buy Artisan Handmade Sourdough. Definitely a scary time right now.

I know it's not normal but I use a whole roll per bowel movement mostly because my shits are really dense and creamy and I don't eat any fiber. I only shit twice a week for this reason.
Actually, I use 2 whole rolls because I have to wipe again the next morning because my spinchter didn't fully close or something and I'll have shit in my buttcrack and it'll leave streaks in my underwear if I don't wipe again.
