No matter the kind of meat, it can be roasted, stewed, whatever. Just post the good stuff.

I'm doing this cause Isaw some great looking knedliky for sale. I don't do a lot of meats with gravy but with knedliky that shit is going to be kino. Preferably the sauce should be on the darker side for it to work best with knedliky.

Goulash is the obvious first entry.
