Got the "grilled breakfast potato fiesta" burrito (added bacon). Which is egg, nacho cheese, potatoes and pico. Cost $1, bacon was 50 cents.
Pretty decent, especially for only $1.50. They had a similar offering that cost $2.79 unmodified. They also had another $1 burrito that was just bacon, egg and cheese. I think I made the right choice.
The breakfast salsa is also interesting. It's not hot at all, but the flavor pairs nicely. It's just slightly spicy, a little tangy, and has just a tiny bit of sweetness to it.

I really thought I wouldn't like the triplelupa, both because the regular chalupa is garbage compared to the double, so going down another size intuitively seemed like a recipe for disaster, and because I don't like TB's larger specialty items, as they tend to have poor ingredient ratios and distributions. But, through the power of irony and cognitive dissonance, this thing is actually pretty good. It's not really one big item, but three dollar items you break apart, and they're prepared perfectly. I was really worried about getting a gimmick item on the premiere night - as they had limited rehearsal - but they nailed it. They're both good, and pleasantly different. I've been getting the chipotle chicken with pico and the loaded nacho with onions, jalapenos, and red sauce - both grilled, obviously. I personally prefer the loaded nacho, but I also prefer the ground beef product over the chicken. It also reminds me of probably my favorite LTO item over the past few years, which was the Spicy loaded nacho taco, though I wish they had an option to add jalapenos without charging extra.
