Wtf why are American pizzas so expensive? In the UK a brand name frozen pizza is like £2.50 on offer, never mind own brands. Plus our prices include tax.

Genuinely surprised that Screamin' Sicillain scored so low. I enjoy it from time to time. Wild Mike's being number 50 was also shocking. It's almost entirely crust. Completely wasteful.

I'm also 100% certain this was paid for by Quad Cities pizza because that shit is crap. It's not any better or worse than Amy's or the frozen CPK which they decided to rank so fucking low.

If you have one sitting in the freezer for a rainy day, it's $4-6 and you only have to heat the oven and pop it in. It would take longer and be more expensive (at least 3x as much) to get a pizza delivered after delivery fee, markup, and most importantly, tip.

I live West coast of Florida, and #1 and 2 are easily found here. I've been buying Outsiders Detroit pizza for a couple of years. My garage fridge/freezer combo is very narrow, and the skinny rectangular pizza is the only pizza that fits without going in sideways. It was just something to have on hand for emergency nephew visits....and I really ended up liking them well. I can also fit two side by side on my large round pizza stone, where I couldn't with the usual round ones. It's spongey thick bread, which is I guess what they like in Detroit, but the crunchy edged cheese is generous, the crust isn't greasy ,and the tomato sauce isn't salty or grossly sweet like some other unpalatable brands. I've probably bought it once a month for about a year and a half.
They stopped selling it at Publix, Wal-mart (dunno why), but it's available at Target and Winn-Dixie, so I buy it less in the past few months.

I think the little stromboli from Screamin Silician, the 3 meat one, with the sausage, pepperoni and meatballs is as good as a local restaurant. The dough is fresh, soft, appropriately browned and crispy. It's probably the best "pizza" choice overall, though.

Florida native here. You sound poor, I think.
People who have jobs, relationships, friends, normalcy in other words, like to have get togethers.
I have been to theme parties where you do things like everyone bring a different tequila, and you end up with 50 some odd weird bottles, and then it becomes a taste test party, and opinions are had. It's not always scientific, but I commend the 130 choice selection. You don't have to agree with their favorites, but at some point, I would know really shit renditions would be end up near the bottom 130, and anyone looking for something good, something new, ya know, would start backwards from 1-25 and grab something in a formula that works for them, and probably end up with something enjoyable without wasting any money, time and disappointment.
