i am, still eating a ton of fast food though
example meals:
subway sandwich
grilled chicken sandwich
grilled chicken sandwich w/ wendys chili
wendys chili w/ sour cream and chive potato
taco bell power menu bowl
applebees irresist-a-bowl chicken or shrimp
popeyes blackened chicken tenders w/ green beans or mashed potato

all these things are 350-700 cal or so

Started back at the gym a few weeks ago after almost 2 years of being a disgusting lazy fat fuck. Sticking to a pretty decent diet atm, but it could be better.

Lunch; 10 pieces of Salami, 200cal
2 Mozzarella sticks; 146 cal
1 Yogurt, 80 cal

Dinner is generally a chicken breast or 2-3 thighs depending how big they are, all around 12oz or pork, sometimes I do steak when it's on sale. Mojo sauce, pepper sauce, soy and Worcestershire sauce, and lots of seasonings are pretty much the only saving grace. For veggies I generally prefer green beans but we'll do salads and other shit too to change it up.

Gets a little too routine after a while, been looking for low effort shit to spice it up because I know while I like cooking I can't be assed to do it more than I do already.

I am, but I don't overdo it. I basically reduce carbs to twice a week, the rest is greens. no soda. no sugar in coffee. dinner is either salad or soup. I'd probably melt if I had any sort of physical activity, but I'm a developer, all day in front of a screen doesn't really need much energy.

I'm not 'dieting', just trying to improve my eating habits and overall health. I don't eat a lot of sweets or drink soda, my problem is portion size. Typically I'm eating shit like rice, chicken, fish, brocolli and other greens, but I keep some convient stuff like frozen pizzas around that I'm cutting out. Biggest problem otherwise is salt, I tend to use soy sauce a bit too much and my go-to snacks are pretzels. I'm a large lad but I'm not really too concerned with my weight/appearance, but slimming down is a nice bonus aside from the wardrobe issues.

I'm on a 1,500 calorie diet

down 6 lbs but I keep binging on chips so it makes me gain like 4-5 temporary pounds and it takes a week to lose it again to get back down to where I was.

I'm doing Intermittent fasting and sometimes OMAD without counting anything, tho all sugar has been cut and things like bread, potato and pasta. Over the month I lost crazy amounts of visceral fat which was hidden, now my ribcage sticks out when I lie on my back, lost 10+kg and feel like a human again
