When I know I'll be cooking for myself and nobody else is in the house, I make tuna pasta.
>chop up canned anchovies
>chop up some garlic
>mash together in a mortar with coarse salt
>add chili flakes
>add black pepper
>mash some more
>add white balsamic vinegar
>add olive oil
>mix with a spoon until kinda combined
>add one can of tuna sans liquid
>cook pasta
>drain
>dump pasta back in the pot
>add the entire sauce
>grate a ton of parmesan in
It's spicy, it's tart, it's extremely salty. You WILL have runny shit the next day and the smell of the sauce will linger in the kitchen for a day. But it's so, so good.
