The fat guy who narrates the lofty pursuits candy making videos on youtube has such a comforting voice. Also his weight issues make me kind of sad as you can see he runs short of breath sometimes in the videos. He is quite good at narrating and perhaps could have made a nice career as a guide, librarian or teacher. Comfy videos.

Yeah, after 100 the videos have gotten pretty repetitive since there's really only so much to talk about with such a simple process, but I still enjoy them from time to time and I respect the hell out of the fact that he uses so much antique equipment.

Yeah, you can always tell when someone is making a video about something they actually enjoy and are passionate about. Even if the content is cringy or mediocre or whatever, it goes a long way. That passion really comes across and I wish I had something I was as into as some of these people.
