A friend of mine’s half Syrian and his rice is the fucking bomb (see what I did there lol). He won’t let me see how he makes it, but he uses some kind of I guess Middle Eastern rice, then adds in finely diced fried onion, pine nuts, loads of butter, and possibly other things but I dunno what. Anyway, that’s the best rice dish I’ve ever eaten by far. Pic kinda related.
