I have a delicious Egg Everything crammed with a luscious deli cream cheese layer as thick as your hand. Each chewy bite shakes seasonings from its pitted surface. They scatter and fall like a brush of snow across my expensive wool coat, leaving behind me an invisible trail of birdseed.

I would post a picture but I only have the bagel in my dreams, when in the early morning I can imagine I'm in New York, in a black Burberry coat, not in barren & bagelless Pittsburgh in an already dirty beater hoodie for work.
