I'd say there's not enough. So many of those noodles are bare and naked.
Mix it up to spread what sauce is there around a bit, then ladle on more to keep everything nice, hot, and saturated in sauce. As for the bread, they couldn't even toast it, but eh it'll work.

No, it's definitely butter, I recognize that packaging, it's some pine trees on a landscape. Here in Wisconsin, all restaurants are required by laws to serve butter, so I've seen plenty of those in my time. Pretty sure it's Land O Lakes.
