You're better off stocking up on cloth and sponges you can reuse. No stockpile of TP will be enough if we're looking at true SHtF.
Soap, and the knowledge of how to make it yourself, is not a bad idea, though.
I'd say knowledge is definitely going to be the best thing to stockpile for the Collapse, though. A lot of the things people collect for the Collapse can be produced from scratch if you know how, and you will need to know how in the long run.
I'm not saying don't keep some lighters and matches handy, but learn how to make fire without them too.
Some sacks of rice and beans will carry you a long way at the start of it, but you'll eventually need to start growing crops or at least know where to find food in the wild.
Learn where you can get freshwater in your area and know how to filter and treat it.
Yeast isn't a bad idea, but you can actually get that literally out of thin air if you know what you're doing.
I'd be more concerned about access to a still than access to yeast.

If I had to be dumped complete naked in the post-apocalypse and could choose just one item to have with me I think I'd go for a nice big stockpot.
