Please don't tell me that there are people out there who eat spaghetti like this. I just use a butter knife and a fork.

I hang my spaghetti from a big clamp suspended on a beam in my living room and eat it upwards on a ladder.

The real question is why people use a spoon to twirl their spaghetti on when you could just use the plate/bowl as your twirling surface. I never understood that.

You can raise the spoon to your mouth while twirling so it doesn't come apart and get everywhere, making you not look like a tard who shoves a whole plate in their face for long noodles.

I twirl my spaghetti into compact packages, nothing falls off and I don't raise my plate to my mouth either.

I think they don't even give you spoons if you order a spaghetti dish in Italy.

Some restaurants do, some don't.

It's not that big of a deal here, people outside Italy take it way more seriously than italians.

I use the spoon to shape my spaghetti twirl. Like you spin the fork while you move the spoon across the twirled spaghetti to get it to a nice round lump with nothing hanging around or whatever.
