i need to turn these into a delicious cheesesteaks in 30 minutes... how do i do that?

do i just throw them in the pan or do i need oil/butter first? what do i season them with, and if i want to add peppers and onions should i do that seperate or in the same pan?!

they will fry up in their own fat. dont season them. they are saltier than all fuck. same pan is fine. but the steaks will cook up insanely quickly

Butter or oil in pan, add half onion half pepper. Cook until soft and tender and cooked down, throw meat in and cook until they got some nice browning, then wa la.
