Pizza. Italian American pizza was invented in the US. It's what everyone world wide (besides Italy) thinks of when they hear the word "pizza". Nevermind the autistic Italians trying to refute this. Their version of "pizza" is burn toast with two drops of sauce and some leaves just thrown over it. American pizza is perfect because no only is it satisfying, but depending on the toppings you can hit all five tastes. Delicious
