Yep steinhaus is based. For me, it’s the braised beef or cheese schnitzel. Also the giant pretzel and the currywurst is pretty good.

A million years ago, I ran a bennigan's. Back when they had that 100 different beers thing. We had 75 bottles and 25 on tap. The beer salespeople were very very careful to ensure stock was rotated. I'm sure it was something contractual, but we had freshness audits once a month.

So what? Good question. I guess that's a lot of stupid words to say the beer is probably pretty fresh.

nope, just a fairly basic restaurant sports/bar that happens to keep 80+ beers on hand at any given time.

I believe they currently have 86 beers on tap and 2 canned.

The list i posted isn't complete, it's just what they have regularly enough to put on the menu.

Yeah, it's an okay list, but the shitty stuff mixed with the most normie craft stuff kind of tells you what kind of place it is. Most places I go have 12-16 taps and I'm disappointed if I've tried more than 3 or 4 of them.

Man,we would prep a hundred of these a day. We rotated the prep guys on monte duty because they all hated it. 2 hours of shitty bread, shitty cold cuts, and plastic wrap. Turned into a deep fried sandwich coated with powdered sugar. add on the raspberry jelly and it was like a meat filled jelly donut. Served with fries of course. Glad we didn't have to post calorie counts then.
