I have a girl coming over for Valentine's day wanting me to cook for her, and I need the best recipes you guys have. She thinks I am a good cook and I'm freaking out because I'm decent but not nearly as good as she thinks
I don't know what to cook for her so it would be greatly appreciated if you guys gave me any kind of recipes that are reliable and tasty

You should cook lobster and steak. Make sure you wear cleats while doing so.

Honestly, pasta aglio e olio (what anon recommended above) is pretty easy. Just sautee thinly sliced garlic in evoo until golden, remove from heat. Toss your pasta in Parmigiano-Reggiano, pepper flake, parsley, and the garlic. Done. Top with the same cheese and some parsley. I like to add in some sauteed tomatoes as well for a little acidity but thats personal choice.

m'lady is no bitch, but I like your idea anonkun

as much as garlic and onions might be a bit of a sin for a date it is 100% the easiest way to make someone think you are a very good cook
Do some garlic prawns (garlic, butter and prawns) or the same but with mushrooms and make a simple but tasty pasta dish with onions for the bulk of the meal is best.
Hope it goes well

Cook a stouffers lasagna and tell her you made it yourself, it's wont be totally dishonest and most girls are stupid so wont know any better.
This one has 2x the meat so she'll like it in the end if you know what I mean.

Three course meal.
>mediterranean salad
>carbonara
>chocolate lava cake

Salad
>any leafy green
>thinly slice onions
>cube up some cucumber
>cube up some roasted peppers (can normally find them in a jar if lazy, just drain liquid)
>add feta
>for dressing mix olive oil, red wine vinegar, a little mustard (grainy is best), garlic, salt+pepper+any other seasonings you want

Carbonara
>pan fry some guanciale (panchetta or bacon is fine too)
>drain and chop up
>reserve some fat in the pan (turn off heat)
>put chopped garlic in warm pan from residual heat
>cook pasta to al dente
>while pasta is cooking taking 2 eggs, mix with pepper and cheese in small bowl (parmigiano/pecorino), whisk that bitch til combined
>when pasta is done throw it in pan and toss
>pour over egg mixture (the pan better be warm and NOT on... you will scramble eggs if otherwise)
>plate and add some fresh cheese and pepper

Chocolate lava cake
>(make this the night before and put in fridge before baking)
>melt butter and some good quality chocolate
>in another bowl mix 2 eggs and 2 yolks with 1/4cup sugar (less depending on sweetness of chocolate) and tiny pinch of salt
>whisk chocolate while adding egg mixture and 2tbs flour and a pinch of instant coffee powder
>butter ramekins and fill 3/4th of the way full
>bake at 450 for 12-15 minutes (slight jiggle in center)
>cool in ramekin for 2mins before flipping over on plate (put plate upside down on top then flip nigger)
>pray

So, for this recipe you'll need
eggs
sugar
flour
mixed greens
roasted peppers
feta
cucumber
onion
garlic
bacon/panchetta/guanciale
noodles (i like bucatini for this)
pecorino/parmigiana
chocolate (really good chocolate 65% cocoa+)
red wine vinegar
mustard

Think thats it... get laid anon
