you can tell from the graphic on the front of the bag that it is 3 things, not 2 things.
It is combining the flavors of 3 types of chips:
salt n vinegar (yellowish vinegar indicates apple cider vinegar, not malt)
sweet bbq (you'll taste the sugar)
ketchup chips (not a thing in the US but damn popular elsewhere, sometimes tastes similar to also popular paprika chips)

People like to pretend they taste beyond 3 flavors, but they're not.
Even the Ruffles website states it as these 3 flavors, though zero tomato, only paprika.
