I unironically don't, except for the exceptions below. We have good hard well water here that tastes great. I can't stand the taste of regular fluoridated tap anymore.
Exceptions:
Fast food fountain drinks
Bottled stuff (dunno if any of it has fluoride in it but i'm assuming some does
I haven't used fluoridated toothpaste in several years and my teeth are in great shape.
