I like to make my own curry paste, freeze it and break it out to make real easy dinners during the week. Sautee some meat and veg with the spice paste, some extra garlic and curry powder, chicken broth, cream, simmer that shit then serve over rice. Idk what these people are talkin about with the shitting thing maybe they should try preparing it themselves.
It's not like some miracle of cuisine tho it's just a thousand variations on a spiced gravy lmfao.

Most of those were invented or massively adapted in the UK. Never known a vindaloo in he UK (other than what I have made) contain vinegar, like it should. A lot of Indian food is great, the best is punjabi, styles, spices and ingredients vary a lot across India.
