So how do you eat this? Handheld? Knife and fork? IDGI, do you slice through the egg and toast like it was an open face sandwich?

Toss it in a blender with creme fraiche and broton powder for power breakfast

opacity yolks are not optimal imo.

you want a clear yellow yolk and eggs should be separate not merged.

those grass sprinkles look nice and can stay, needs some cured ham and salad for maximum breakfast

So at some point, you eat a piece of toast with a fork? That seems incredibly unnatural to me as someone who grew up with toast being a finger food.

You lift the meal up to your face using the strength in your arms see, and using evolution omnivore teeth will dig through the egg clean with no rippage.

I would use knife and fork for that because the eggs are joined together but it looks like there are two slices of toast so picking it up would make a mess. If the eggs were seperate I would go handheld. If this was served as part of a larger breakfast where I was using knife and fork anyway I would use knife and fork. When I eat fried eggs on toast using my hands I usually eat the yolk in one bite to save getting yolk on my fingers and face.

I eat toast with a knife and fork all the time. Most often with bacon and eggs.
