How can we combat this?

Other countries are finally getting nourishment and gaining height, aside from those with wonky genetics, whereas apparently here haven't been malnourished in a long time.

How do you combat this? One of the ways is to stamp out this "beautiful at any weight" bullshit. Stop lowering the standard so people can fall just below it again. I'm fat, but I'm not campaigning that it's beautiful or for fuck sakes don't call yourself healthy.
