The few foods that are god tier, that is

I’m an American and I unironically find pic related to be more comfy tier than a typical American breakfast. I could eat beans on toast any time of the day

I know what that is. I love the steak and gravy pies. Hold the kidneys though. The closest thing we have here is dinty Moore which we can make into a pretty awesome pot pie

Chicken tikka is good, but I don't think god tier is appropriate. Maybe fresh fish and chips? Even then I don't believe any fried food is truly god tier.

I've never seen a frozen pasty, but the "fresh" ones you get in the chilled section are nothing compared to a freshly cooked one straight out of the oven. We used to have a pasty shop in the city and they were absolutely divine.

Posted in another thread, if you like British style baked beans get a tin of these bad boys. Gigandes/gigantes plaki. Giant's beans I think it translates to. Great stuff.

Colmans is very fiery, savoury mustard. Excellent with meat or toasted cheese sandwiches

Haggis is amazing and versatile in terms of having it with breakfast, in chicken Balmoral, and with breakfast.

Cullen Skink is the finest soup on earth.

Aberdeen Angus is incredible.

Langoustine, Lobster, Grouse, Venison.

It sucks being a Scots vegetarian.

Kraut newbie here. i've just seen a recipe for roast pork fillet that's seared and layed on a bed of sauerkraut, onions, apples and beer. This sounds nice but the recipe calls for searing the fillet for 8 minutes and roasting for 45 minutes which seems ridiculously too much. I'd usually sear a fillet and cook it for 15 minutes in the oven. If I do this is the sauerkraut mixture gonna lose anything?
