My favorite lunch food is centered around chicken breast.

I like cutting it up a breast small and seasoning it with johnny's seasoning salt.
I cook it until it's just barely cooked through with butter, and then I throw it in a food processor until they're chopped up super small, and then I cook it all again until it's all nice and browned.

Then I just mix it in to some rice.

It's honestly better when you leave it to sit in a Tupperware for half a day. It can be eaten cold or microwaved.

make a quick light dressing with some high quality sherry vinegar, grab spinach, arugala, watercress, and grate in a carrot. boom, instant god tier food. Add in fried chicken if you wanna pretend you're at applebees

easily the best thing to do with an egg is to poach it. clarity of flavor, easy to do a ton at once, and all you need is a pan of water and towels to pat them dry.
if you wanna go hard, you could mediumboil a dozen at a time, then beet pickle them for a couple hours, then make them into deviled eggs. visually striking and flat better than basic deviled eggs.
