Its literally that but with more shit in it. It tastes like cheap cream of mushroom soup and canned vegetables, garnished with bland potato.

It's a meal of desperation for poor people, the intention was never for it to be good its just very cheap and relatively balanced in veggies/proteins/carbs as to actually provide some nutrition
